I’m overdrawn at my bank because of the checks that I wrote to the payday loan places.

whats the worst that can happen if you dont or cant pay your payday loan?

I know it elimates most debt (besides student loans) and it stops garnishments. But does anyone know if it can stop payday loans? I got myself into a bit of a bind with those damned things.

I know payday loans aren’t a good way to go but my credit isn’t that good & I only need $200. So I dont want to take out a huge loan from a big company.
I have a checking account-but my job doesnt offer direct deposit. So I just get a paper check every 2 weeks.

These payday loans are causing us to not be able to pay our everyday bills such as power, water, rent, car payment, etc. They are taking the fees/payment out of our checking account every week. We filed for bankruptcy over 5 years ago. These payday loans keep getting us further and further in debt. What can we do?

How in gods name can i pay my bills and resolve my payday loans before I loose my home and my family ? Maybe I should just end my life and make things easier.

I’m currently in a consumer proposal with a remaining balance of $7000, I recently got my self cought up in 4 payday loans worth $2000 and i’m stuck in the payday cycle. My question is, is it possible to get a debt consolidation done on these payday loans while in my proposal. I can not get a loan anywhere because of the consumer proposal. Thanks

I’ve met with a lawyer to start to file for bankruptcy. The two main components of my debt are a car repo, which for some reason I still owe around $6000, and some payday loans, which I owe around $3000. I’m trying to find a way around bankruptcy, if any, does anyone have any ideas?

I’m in over my head in payday loans and Yes! I do know it’s a bad thing, problem is I need help and am looking to consolidate my bills and roll them into it. I know the bills on my credit will affect my credit, but will my payday loans show up? Do you recommend any companies?

I have horrible credit and had a few emergencies lately (real ones)! I have a repo, my car broke down, 10 payday loans all coming due the same dates……i need help. Where can I consolidate junk loans like these and pay them off all at once. I need alender or something that can give me a loan to pay thema n and get a small car! any help?
