Payday Loans

I know payday loans aren’t a good way to go but my credit isn’t that good & I only need $200. So I dont want to take out a huge loan from a big company.
I have a checking account-but my job doesnt offer direct deposit. So I just get a paper check every 2 weeks.

How in gods name can i pay my bills and resolve my payday loans before I loose my home and my family ? Maybe I should just end my life and make things easier.

I’m in over my head in payday loans and Yes! I do know it’s a bad thing, problem is I need help and am looking to consolidate my bills and roll them into it. I know the bills on my credit will affect my credit, but will my payday loans show up? Do you recommend any companies?

i got into a situation where i needed money really bad. so i pulled several payday loans. Now i cant pay them back the fees are killing me to were i can’t pay my other bills what do i do they wont negotiate they just want there money or fees i keep thinking i will close my account then contact them after that and try to work out something. What can happen to me if i default on a loan please Only helpful answers i already feel bad enough

I have payday loans, but I don’t have the money to pay them back due to recession. Is there any payment plans for customers?
Will they put me in jail or take me to court? Or will this just go on my credit report?

I took out a payday loan via the internet last year and received a call from an attorney stating that I will be prosecuted for check fraud if I don’t come up with $850 by tommorrow. I live in Louisiana.

My mom got 3 payday loans to pay for car repairs now she pays 1000 a month just to those 3 and cannot afford any of her other bills. She is on somewhat of a fixed income and I need to help her to stop her from working to death. I have told her just to stop paying them and let them take you to court? Is this good advice?

I am in so deep with payday loans and I cant seem to get them paid off,just keep borrowing to pay another one off.I was wandering if there is someone who knows how to get out of this.I am so broke and Christmas is just around the corner,but it takes all my wages to just make the refinance charges so I never get anywhere.I was just wandering if there is help for this.

I was stupid and took out a payday loan. I know they charge outrageous interest and take forever to pay off. I know now to never use them again.
